About Lauren
Lauren practises labour law, education law, and professional regulation, along with a benefits and pension law practice. She represents unions and their members in collective agreement and professional regulation matters, regularly appearing at grievance arbitrations and before the Ontario College of Teachers, the College of Early Childhood Educators, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Her benefits work includes advising on disability benefit claims, long-term disability litigation and appeals, and Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefits appeals, plus pension advice for individuals, unions, and boards of trustees. Lauren earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2012 and a certificate in Pension Law from Osgoode Hall in 2015. She summered and articled with the firm, working as an associate before becoming a partner, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.
