About Bobbi

Bobbi Olsen is an Alberta-based family lawyer and mediator with more than two decades of experience in complex family law disputes. She began mediating civil matters in 2000 and was later selected as one of sixty negotiators worldwide invited to Harvard Law School's inaugural Master Class in Negotiation, developed with MIT. Before establishing her Alberta practice, she built extensive trial and appellate experience in Ontario, including complex trials, motions, Hague Convention proceedings and constitutional arguments. In Alberta her practice centres on mediation, high-conflict family litigation, and domestic contracts such as marriage and cohabitation agreements. She holds a law degree and a Master of Laws in Family Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, previously served on the roster of Hague Convention lawyers for the Central Authority for Ontario, and was a member of the Family Law Executive of the Ontario Bar Association.
