About Grace

Grace Fasehun joined KH | Dunkley Law Group in September 2022 with both Canadian and international legal experience. She earned her bachelor's degree and LLB internationally and practised in a common law jurisdiction after being called to the bar there in 2006, before earning an MBA from the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden and moving to Canada. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2019. Grace has substantial experience in residential and commercial real estate and regularly acts for financial institutions, private lenders and corporate borrowers on financing transactions. She has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and the Administrative Court on family law and immigration matters.
