About Sarah-Jane

Sarah-Jane Lewis maintains a civil litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation, construction law, health law, and insolvency. Her work includes contract claims, shareholder disputes, and construction lien claims, as well as complex medical malpractice litigation. Lewis represents regulated professionals in regulatory proceedings involving professional conduct and standard of care, and acts for lending institutions enforcing creditor rights, including receivership proceedings. She also provides coverage opinions and represents insurance companies in personal injury and property damage claims. She earned her JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2019, along with a Certificate of Specialization in Health Law and Policy, and a BA (Honours) from the University of King's College in 2016. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2020 and the New Brunswick bar in 2021.
