David Winer specializes in commercial litigation and has appeared before various Ontario tribunals and courts. He spent his first four years at an insolvency-focused firm before joining the firm's predecessor in 2001 and becoming partner in 2006, with a practice spanning collections, construction liens, employment disputes, commercial tenancy, real estate and shareholder disputes, and estate litigation.
