About Ashley
Ashley Krol practices in all areas of family law as well as fertility law, working as both a strategic litigator and a careful negotiator. Her family law work covers marriage contracts, separation agreements, and related negotiation and litigation, and she has hosted sessions for litigants at the Newmarket Court's Mandatory Information Program. In her fertility practice, she represents donors, surrogates, and intended parents on egg, sperm, and embryo donor agreements as well as surrogacy agreements. She regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice and has argued before the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Before joining Krol & Krol, Ashley worked at a leading securities litigation boutique in Toronto. She holds a J.D. from Queen's University and a B.A. from McGill University, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
