About Ian

Ian Krol handles all aspects of family law, from divorce and separation to property and support claims and high-conflict parenting disputes. He tries to negotiate an amicable resolution for clients where possible, whether directly through counsel or through alternative dispute resolution, but he's also comfortable advocating in litigation. Before law school he earned an Honours BA in Law & Society from York University, then went on to Bond University for his J.D. with a specialization in Canadian law and practice. He was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2018. He also drafts separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, and marriage contracts for his clients.
