About Mark

Mark Greenstein was called to the Ontario Bar in 1991 and to the New York Bar the same year, after earning his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. He heads the Dispute Resolution Officers Program at the Newmarket Court and also serves as a Dispute Resolution Officer himself, a role reserved for experienced lawyers chosen by judges to give early case evaluations to litigants. Mark's practice covers all areas of family law, and he is an experienced trial lawyer who appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice, as well as the Ontario Court of Appeal and Divisional Court. He also works as a family law mediator and arbitrator, and sits on the Family Rules Committee, which develops procedural rules for Ontario's courts.
