About Ashley

Ashley Clark completed her law degree at McGill University, earning dual Common Law and Civil Law degrees. While there, she took part in the bilingual English-French Goldwater Dube Moot, where her written factum ranked first among twelve teams. During her studies she volunteered with the UBC Law Students' Legal Advice Program, the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution, and the Center for Research Action on Race Relations. Before law school, she completed a Bachelor of Arts with honours and a Master's degree in Global Development, with her Master's thesis examining how flooding disproportionately affects informal settlers in Metro Manila, the Philippines. In her spare time she likes trying new recipes, including gluten-free and dairy-free options, and exploring new places both close to home and abroad.
