About Emily
Emily founded Novate Legal in January 2019 to give businesses and individuals moving into Canada a single point of contact for business and immigration matters. She spent her first three years in practice on Canada's East Coast, working with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and regional firms on corporate, immigration, and IP matters for businesses of all sizes. She moved to Toronto in 2016 and has since worked as virtual in-house counsel for entrepreneurs, small and mid-sized businesses, and law firms.
