About Andrew
Andrew Maloney is a lawyer who assists Canadians in applying for US Entry Waivers to overcome criminal inadmissibility at the US border, along with work permits, permanent residency, and citizenship applications in both Canada and the United States. He completed a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration at the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma in 2009, where he received the Ronald Brochstein Prize for Excellence in Sports Law. He has been called to the bar in Oklahoma and in Ontario, is a certified foreign legal consultant with the Law Society of Upper Canada, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Sports Lawyers Association. Maloney has direct access to the US Department of Homeland Security's e-SAFE platform, which can reduce US Waiver application processing times to about 30 days. Outside law, he is a professional hockey agent with Maloney & Thompson Sports Management and previously competed internationally in track and field for Canada.
