About Johanna
Johanna Stein is a family lawyer at Clear Legal who works to resolve family law matters outside of court whenever possible, favouring the collaborative model. She is an accredited mediator and arbitrator with the Law Society of British Columbia and a contributing author of the Continuing Legal Education Society's British Columbia Family Practice Manual and Family Law Agreements: Annotated Precedents. Johanna was called to the bar in 2011 after articling at a national firm and clerking for six judges of the BC Supreme Court, and she has practiced exclusively in family law since 2012.
