About Sonia

Sonia Kainth has spent over 14 years helping clients navigate the complexities of their evolving family dynamics. She is an Accredited Family Law Mediator, a Collaborative Family Lawyer, and litigator, working closely with clients to identify their goals and develop strategies to achieve their best possible outcome. Sonia has presented on drafting family law agreements and affidavits for the Everyone Law Clinic and the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia, and has guest instructed on the Law Society of British Columbia's Professional Legal Training Course since 2023.
