About Arpal

Arpal Dosanjh is a trial and appellate lawyer with extensive experience advocating for clients at all levels of court in British Columbia and Alberta, focusing on general commercial litigation. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Chief Justice, Associate Chief Justice, and four other justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. His practice covers corporate disputes, trust litigation, judicial review, contract disputes, class actions, and jurisdictional disputes, and he has represented clients in matters involving religious and cultural societies, family trusts, and residential tenancy decisions. Arpal earned a BSc in Physics from McMaster University in 1997 and his LLB from the University of Victoria in 2003, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2005 and in Alberta in 2011.
