About Clayton
Clayton Gallant maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has published articles on employment law and private international law and presented on commercial leasing issues. Clayton joined Gudmundseth Mickelson in 2017 after articling at a national law firm and clerking for five justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. He graduated with a JD from the University of British Columbia in 2015, where he received the Dean's JD Entrance Scholarship among other awards, and participated in the Innocence Project investigating claims of wrongful conviction. Clayton earned a BA in Philosophy from UBC in 2012 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2017.
