About Jasdeep

Jasdeep Gill-Kahlon was born and raised in North Delta and relocated to the Fraser Valley in 2021. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2013, then earned her law degree at Thompson Rivers University in 2019, winning the Dean's Course Prize in Employment Law, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2020. After articling at a large Vancouver firm, she was involved in a 2020 trial that resulted in a judgment of over nine million dollars for a client with a traumatic brain injury, reported as the largest personal injury judgment in the province at that time. She later practised at two Fraser Valley firms before co-founding Sorensen Truong LLP in 2025. Her practice spans family law, estate litigation, employment law and civil litigation, and she currently serves as President of the Abbotsford & District Bar Association.
