About Arie
Arie Odinocki is the managing partner of Isaacs Odinocki LLP, practicing insurance coverage, insurance defence, hotel liability, and product liability law, and acting for property and casualty insurers in Canada and internationally. He leads the firm's coverage group, advising on commercial general liability, commercial property, homeowners, and auto policies, and has represented insurers at all levels of Ontario courts on coverage applications and at trial. He has handled large property-loss disputes including building collapses, arson cases, and construction-defect losses, and represents hotel property owners, lecturing on hospitality law. He is editor of the LexisNexis annual "Ontario Insurance Law & Commentary." He earned his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1999, along with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a B.A. with High Honours from Carleton University in 1996. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001, and has been selected for The Best Lawyers in Canada in Insurance Law every year since 2020.
