About Victoria

Victoria Dale is an associate at Isaacs Odinocki LLP whose practice includes defending clients in civil litigation matters, including professional liability claims, and providing coverage advice. She has experience litigating professional negligence, occupiers' liability, property damage, product liability, and motor vehicle accident disputes, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Small Claims Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. She has conducted mediations, examinations for discovery, cost assessment hearings, arbitrations, and contested motions.
