About David

David Fogel maintains an extensive commercial litigation practice, acting for private clients and insurance companies across a wide range of matters. He has appeared as counsel on numerous motions, trials and appeals at all levels of court in Ontario as well as before various administrative tribunals, and has been counsel in many reported decisions. David also has experience with class actions in Ontario and the Northwest Territories. He was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2010 and holds a B.A. (Hons.) from York University and a J.D. from the University of Windsor.
