About Emily
Emily Paplawski's practice covers corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration, with particular focus on restructuring, corporate bankruptcy, and insolvency work. She brings substantial experience in domestic and international arbitrations tied to oil sands joint ventures and other complex commercial arrangements, and has appeared before Alberta's courts, the B.C. Supreme Court, and various administrative tribunals. Emily also contributes content on insolvency and restructuring matters to a LexisNexis practice guide for Canadian lawyers. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. with Distinction from St. Francis Xavier University.
