Anthony Thomas is the retired founding partner of Simpson, Thomas & Associates, which he formed with Bernie Simpson in 2001 after 30 years handling large and complex personal injury claims, including traumatic brain and spinal cord injury, quadriplegia, and paraplegia cases. He was lead counsel in the 'Jago wedding case,' representing 25 seriously injured victims of a tragic car accident in Abbotsford, and has extensive trial experience at the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal levels. Anthony was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1990 and holds an LLB from the University of Victoria, where he received the Davis & Company Prize in Administrative Law, and a B.A. from UBC.
