About Adam

Adam Ueland is a partner at Simpson, Thomas & Associates with over 16 years of experience, having joined the firm in 2012 and become a partner in 2021. His practice covers ICBC claims for Enhanced Care Benefits, permanent impairment compensation, income replacement and rehabilitation disputes, soft tissue and neurological injuries, and disability, life, and critical illness insurance claims. Adam previously worked with Canadian and global insurance firms before joining the firm, giving him insight into settlement negotiations. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2006, holds an LLB from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Simon Fraser University, and is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Punjabi, and Russian.
