About Robert

Robert J. Peake is a civil litigator with a practice spanning commercial disputes, personal injury litigation, real estate and property litigation, defamation, professional discipline, and administrative law. He regularly appears in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Provincial Court and manages complex files through all stages of litigation, including trial. Since being called to the bar in 2019, Robert has acted for individuals, professionals, and businesses in high-stakes disputes, and outside of practice he enjoys extreme sports such as snowboarding in Whistler.
