About Anthony

As of 2026, Anthony has 22 years of practical experience assisting clients with legal problems, including more than 20 years in criminal law, and his practice as a criminal defence lawyer takes him throughout British Columbia. He has experience in all aspects of criminal law and procedure, including bail hearings, trials, appeals and negotiated resolutions, and he has appeared before every level of court in British Columbia, including jury trials in the Supreme Court and appeals before the Court of Appeal. He has represented clients across the full spectrum of criminal offences, from driving-related matters to first-degree murder, and has been a faculty member at law conferences on topics including impaired driving, fingerprint evidence, initial advice for clients in custody, and dealing with child witnesses.
