About Marco
Marco P. Falco is a partner whose practice focuses on appellate litigation and applications for judicial review. He regularly appears before the Ontario Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal on administrative, construction and commercial law matters. Marco was honoured by the Ontario Bar Association with the Joel Kuchar Award for his commitment to professionalism and civility in practice. He mentors students through the University of Toronto's alumni programs and has been recognized as a distinguished alumnus of the Faculty of Law. Marco serves on the Canadian Institute's Administrative Law Advisory Board and has authored numerous articles on legal issues, serving as chief editor of the firm's LegalWatch publication. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 and holds a JD, MA and BA with Honours from the University of Toronto.
