About Nadir

Nadir André is a partner at JFK Law's Kahnawake office with over 25 years of experience in Aboriginal law, representing Indigenous governments, organizations, and businesses across Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, and the Atlantic provinces. His practice spans litigation, nation building, negotiation, and business law, including title claims, land claims negotiations, and natural resource agreements with industry. Nadir is a member of the Innu Nation Matimekush-Lac John in northern Quebec and has been recognized annually since 2009 in Best Lawyers in Canada for Aboriginal law. He earned his LL.L. in the Civil Law Program at the University of Ottawa in 1996 and was called to the Quebec Bar in 1998.
