Annie Belecki is Of Counsel at Caravel Law with a background in corporate and commercial law across the energy, oil and gas sectors. Two mid-sized oil and gas producers relied on her as general counsel and corporate secretary, and she previously served as associate general counsel for a large, publicly traded North American energy firm; she has also worked at McCarthy Tetrault LLP. Annie advises on corporate governance, securities compliance, general commercial matters, energy-related contracts, and corporate policies, and she has advised on oil and gas asset deals, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring of internal corporate and partnership arrangements.
