About Crystal
Crystal Heidari handles all areas of family law, including complex parenting disputes, property division, support matters, and domestic contracts. She began working in family law during her articling term and has practised in the field since being called to the Bar in 2021. Crystal holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University, where she graduated summa cum laude and received several awards including the Robert J. Tiffin Award and the Faculty of Health Silver Medal. Her psychology background gives her insight into family violence, child development, and mental health, which she draws on when helping clients through emotionally difficult matters. She works across negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation, adapting her approach to each client's goals, and holds leadership roles with the Ontario Bar Association's Family Law Section and other sections.
