About Annie

Annie Quangtakoune is an associate at McKercher LLP advising high-growth technology companies and their founders on financings, repeatable commercial contracts, and governance issues, helping scale companies through incorporation, employment agreements, venture financings, and governance work. She serves as Legal In-Residence to regional technology incubators and was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada 2026 for Venture Capital Law. Annie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Regina in 2011 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 2017, and has completed several continuing education courses in technology contracting and venture capital.
