About Lindsay

Lindsay Oliver grew up in Saskatoon and worked as a laboratory technician before moving into law, joining OWZW as an articling student in 2010 and becoming a partner in 2019. Oliver holds a B.S. Honours in Agriculture (2004) and a J.D. (2010), both from the University of Saskatchewan. The practice focuses on credit union law, insolvency, litigation, residential real estate, and estate planning. Oliver serves as president of the Regina Bar Association and is active with the Canadian Condominium Institute and public legal education initiatives.
