Jennifer Mathers McHenry founded Mathers McHenry & Co. in 2019 after more than a decade as a partner at a Toronto litigation boutique. She practices executive and plaintiff-side employment law and has appeared before the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. She holds an LLB from the University of Windsor and an LLM from the University of Toronto.
