About Ankit
Ankit Sareen is a partner in the firm's corporate/commercial and real estate group, with a practice focused on banking and financial services. He regularly represents lenders and borrowers on complex lending arrangements, including syndicated loans, equipment financing, construction financing, and asset-based financing, often with cross-border elements. Ankit also maintains a broader corporate and real estate practice advising on business and real estate matters. He holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a science degree from the University of Toronto, and during law school he worked with the federal government's Copyright and Trade-mark policy directorate.
