About Anjali
Anjali Banka is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer at Caravel Law with a background in private mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, secured loans, and shareholder agreements. For smaller and mid-size clients she has led numerous asset and share acquisition and secured lending deals, and has set up stock option plans and drafted founder vesting agreements for companies including Rogers Communications, JJR Private Capital, OneSpout, and Redknee. For TSX-listed clients she handles general corporate and commercial matters, including negotiating agreements and multi-million dollar credit facilities, and she has reviewed public and private requests for proposals and helped clients incorporate and organize their businesses. Anjali previously worked at Stikeman Elliott LLP and earned her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2000.
