About Jason

Jason Clayards is a civil litigator and partner at McKercher LLP's Regina office specializing in insurance defence, commercial litigation, and construction law. He regularly appears before the Court of King's Bench and Court of Appeal, as well as the Provincial Court and Federal Court, and joined the partnership in 2023. He was inducted as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America in 2025 and has been recognized in Best Lawyers Canada 2026 and the Chambers Canada 2026 directory. Jason earned his Bachelor of Laws with honours from the University of Liverpool in 2012.
