Andrea Di Battista is a partner practicing through her own professional corporation within the firm, handling all aspects of family law. She graduated from the University of Toronto with high distinction in 1999 and completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall in 2002, articling at a firm focused on civil and family litigation before her call to the Ontario bar in 2003. She has appeared at every level of court in Ontario and has represented clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation, including trials and appeals. Andrea is known for her direct, persuasive communication style and for keeping clients informed and involved throughout their case. She has wanted to practice family law since childhood and considers it central to her career.
