About Erin

Erin's practice focuses on representing clients with complex and diverse financial matters arising from separation and divorce, including family trusts, privately held companies, and other sophisticated property and income issues. She advises on marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements and maintains an active litigation practice in both the courts and in mediation and arbitration, aiming for practical, efficient resolutions. Erin has practiced exclusively in family law since her call to the Ontario bar in 2003. She's a member of The Advocates' Society, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and an associate member of the Ontario Association for Family Mediation, and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. She also sits as a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Superior Court of Justice and mentors young lawyers and law students.
