About Andrea
Andrea is Counsel at Beitel Tax Law LLP, where her practice centers on personal and corporate tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and putting tax-driven transactions and estate plans into effect. She also represents clients before the CRA and at the Tax Court of Canada. She has built up considerable experience structuring corporate reorganizations in a tax-efficient way for clients in industries like food, wholesale, automotive, and pharmaceuticals. Before joining Beitel Tax Law, she practised at a national firm in downtown Toronto. Andrea holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University, has completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Course, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2005.
