About Amy

Amy Mayor is an Associate Lawyer with the Immigration Litigation and Enforcement team, representing clients in complex immigration and refugee matters. Her practice centers on admissibility hearings, detention reviews, removal proceedings, judicial review applications and refugee appeals. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2021 and holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School along with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto. Before joining private practice, Amy ran her own immigration and refugee law practice in Toronto, where she supported Charter litigation and handled complicated appeals. She is a member of the Refugee Lawyer's Association.
