About Aman

Aman Oberoi is a partner at Alliance Lawyers. Oberoi studied history at the University of British Columbia before earning a law degree from the same institution, then returned to the Fraser Valley to build a practice. Oberoi's work spans civil and commercial litigation, regulatory defence, real estate and construction disputes, and select family and estate matters, and Oberoi also advises entrepreneurs, professionals, and closely held companies on business structuring, transactions, governance, and contract drafting. Oberoi often connects clients with other professionals, including engineers, accountants, valuators, and planners, to support client files. Most of Oberoi's work comes through personal referrals from clients and other lawyers. Oberoi is a director of the Fraser River Community Crematorium Society and takes on pro bono matters from time to time. Outside of work, Oberoi maintains an interest in architecture and design.
