About Greg

Greg Palm is Hamilton Duncan's managing partner, practising commercial and business litigation, real estate litigation, employment and human rights law, debt collection and foreclosure, and shareholder and partnership disputes, with particular experience in legal fee disputes and litigation costs. He founded his own boutique litigation firm in South Surrey in 2010 before joining Hamilton Duncan as a partner in 2013, and he earned his LL.B. from UBC in 2000 and was called to the BC bar in 2001. He holds the Q.Arb (Qualified Arbitrator) designation from the ADR Institute of Canada, is a past president of the Surrey Bar Association, and writes and speaks on legal fee disputes and litigation costs.
