About Kayla
Kayla Sager is building a practice at the firm involving professional liability, medical malpractice, commercial disputes, personal injury, and class action litigation. Before joining as an associate she summered and articled at Stieber Berlach, gaining experience in Small Claims Court, Superior Court, and the Court of Appeal as well as before administrative tribunals. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2024, where she worked as a research assistant with the National Self Represented Litigants Project and competed in moots including the Jessup International Law Moot and the Winkler Class Action Moot. Kayla was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2025 and belongs to the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
