About Andy
Andy Semotiuk has practised immigration law since 1974 and has worked with over 10,000 clients, including investors, executives, professionals, and entertainers. He is admitted to the bars of Ontario and British Columbia in Canada, and New York and California in the United States, which allows him to advise on both sides of the U.S.-Canada border as well as clients immigrating from abroad. His work covers matters like work visas, permanent residence, passports, and family sponsorship. Andy writes on immigration issues for Forbes and speaks internationally on U.S. and Canadian immigration law.
