About Eva

Eva Janta is a lawyer at Progressive Legal Solutions whose practice spans family law and fertility law. On the family side she works with married and common-law couples, same-sex couples, and separating partners, and she's appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and Court of Appeal. Her fertility practice includes drafting donor, surrogacy, and preconception agreements, and she also drafts wills. She earned dual Juris Doctor degrees from Windsor Law School and the University of Detroit Mercy, and previously practised criminal law until 2024.
