About Alix
Alix L. Reid is a partner at Ridgway & Company practising almost exclusively in family law, including divorce, child and spousal support, parenting arrangements, and property division. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and an LL.B., both from the University of Victoria. She moved to the Cowichan Valley in 1986 to article with the firm's predecessor and has remained with the firm since, becoming a partner in 2010. From 1987 to 2004 she acted as counsel in child protection matters for the Director of Child, Family and Community Service.
