About Zolani

Zolani Ncube practises family law with experience in Emergency Protection Orders, child welfare, and Indigenous family law matters. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Cape Town and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2019. Zolani previously worked as a judicial clerk with the Alberta Court of Appeal before moving into family law. She favours mediation and arbitration where possible and is active in the Calgary community, including the City of Calgary Community Peace Office Oversight Committee and the Workers' Resource Centre, and volunteers with organizations including Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids and the Centre for Immigrant Women.
