About Shawn

Shawn Haqqani joined Harris + Harris LLP as a corporate associate in June 2017 after completing his articles there. He graduated with honours from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and later earned an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business, where he was one of just four students to complete a graduate diploma specializing in real estate and infrastructure. Before joining the firm, Shawn worked on health care and real estate projects in Dubai's Health City and now serves as a primary advisor to the board of Vascular Health Clinics, a Michigan-based vascular and cardiac medical practice. His practice covers corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, commercial real estate development, securities, health law, and franchise and shareholder matters. He belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and several Schulich alumni groups.
