About David

Dave was born in Nova Scotia and grew up in several parts of Canada, including Quebec, Manitoba and British Columbia. He earned a B.A. in Psychology and Law with a concentration in Criminology from Carleton University before attending Queen's University's Faculty of Law. After his call to the bar, he practiced in Welland and Kitchener-Waterloo before settling in Kingston, where he co-founded Hodgson Sinnett in 2000. Dave is a past President of the Kingston Criminal Defence Lawyers Association and has volunteered on a number of local projects in Kingston.
