About Victoria

Victoria Craib was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2020 and became a member of the British Columbia bar in 2021. Her work centers on corporate and securities matters, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate governance, and securities compliance. Before joining Sangra Moller, Victoria held associate positions at both an international law firm and a national law firm, where her work touched on corporate, securities, and private equity matters. She holds a Juris Doctor from Queen's University Faculty of Law and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
