About Yulin

Yulin Shih practises in estate planning, business law, real estate, and secured lending. Before joining Chen & Leung, he worked at regional law firms in downtown Vancouver, advising clients on estate planning, corporate and commercial matters, and real estate transactions. He works closely with individuals, families, and business owners on estate and trust planning, business acquisitions, and commercial real estate matters, including advising high-net-worth clients on trust and succession strategies and supporting multi-unit commercial real estate acquisitions.
