About Shelley

Shelley Quinte is a management-side labour, employment and human rights lawyer based in Victoria, practicing in association with Pearlman Lindholm. She represents federal and provincial employers in both unionized and non-union workplaces, appearing before arbitrators, the Labour Relations Board, human rights tribunals and the courts, and also provides workplace training on hiring, discipline, accommodation and harassment issues. Quinte practiced labour and employment law in Ontario for 13 years, including as managing partner of a 13-lawyer, 25-staff firm, before relocating to Victoria. She earned a BA in Political Studies from Lakehead University in 1994 and an LLB from the University of Windsor in 1997 (winning the Koskie Minsky Award for Labour Arbitration), was called to the Ontario bar in 1999, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2012.
